• Mr Haresh

  As the parent of 2 young children, I believe that education should start at an early age, and hence recognize the importance of providing children an opportunity to grow through exploration and hands-on learning in a safe and nurturing learning environment – which is why I chose the Goddard philosophy. This pre-school truly is a campus as opposed to your typical childcare center. It features an indoor gym in addition to three separate secure playgrounds with specialized surfacing to allow children to immerse themselves in multiple hand-on activities. During a tour of our facility, you can see these and many other features that make our program so special. From an education perspective, I have a Bachelor’s in Engineering as well as an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Management, Arizona State University, followed by 20+ years of experience in hi-tech working with Fortune 50 companies i.e. Microsoft.

• Ms Sirisha

  Ms. Siri is our Director at our school.She has prior experience working as the Lead Teacher in the Goddard School of Issaquah for several years In terms of education, Ms. Siri has completed both her Master's in Science, as well as her Bachelor’s degree with double majors in Science and Education. In addition, she has been teaching children from Preschool through High school since the past 20+ years. Siri’s co-workers have described her as a leader who is kind and caring, willing to try new things, but also ready to roll up her sleeves when required due to her can-do, will-do attitude. Together with a team of amazing and creative teachers, she is committed to providing all Goddard families with a loving and developmentally sound foundation that positions them for a lifetime of learning. From a personal point of view, Ms. Siri lives locally in Monroe with her husband and her son. During her free time, she loves to go on hikes, paint and spend time with family and friends.

• Ms Nancy

  Ms. Nancy is the Assistant Director at our school. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business English with a minor in French and has completed her ECE education through Everett Community College. Ms. Nancy is passionate about supporting every family’s journey and ensuring our school is a warm, thriving environment for every child.

• Ms Cathya

  Ms. Cathya is one of the dedicated teachers and proud mother who is passionate about supporting young children’s growth and development. She creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers can build confidence, curiosity, and independence. Ms. Cathya values strong partnerships with families and strives to help every child feel loved, supported, and excited to learn each day.

• Ms Chaithanya

  Ms. Chaithanya is a dedicated childcare professional with three years of experience at The Goddard School, she holds a Bachelor’s degree and is passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments where children can learn and grow. She is committed to supporting early childhood development and building positive relationships with families. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing and caring for children.

• Hari Priya

  Ms. HariPriya brings passion, dedication, and a warm energy to everything she does in the classroom. Her goal is to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow. When Ms. HariPriya is not in the classroom, you can find her enjoying the things she loves most. She enjoys cooking delicious meals at home, whether experimenting with new recipes or whipping up family favorites.

• Ms Jerrilyne

  Ms. Jerri is one of the Lead Teachers. She’s been with us for five years and hopes to continue with us for many more years. Her coworkers describe her as energetic, fun, and creative. She lives locally with her family and enjoys painting, reading, and acting.

• Ms Malathi

  Ms. Malathi is one of the Lead Teachers, She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Ms. Malathi loves working with young children and supporting their early development. Her colleagues describe her as kind, hardworking, and confident. She creates a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn. Ms. Malathi is dedicated to helping each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Outside of school, She loves traveling with her family and enjoys singing.

• Ms Mydhily

  Ms. Mydhily holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Arts with specialized training in 2D and 3D Animation. With a unique blend of scientific knowledge and creative expertise, she brings an interdisciplinary approach to education. Her background in biotechnology supports inquiry-based learning and critical thinking, while her training in art and animation allows her to integrate creativity and hands-on projects into the classroom. Ms. Mydhily is passionate about fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in every child.

• Ms Parvathi

  Ms. Parvathi has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and serves as one of our Lead Teachers. She brings enthusiasm and dedication to her classroom each day, creating a warm and engaging learning environment for all children. Ms. Parvathi especially enjoys seeing the excitement on children’s faces as they discover and learn new things on a daily basis!

• Ms Prameela

  Ms. Prameela has over two years of experience in a school setting and is passionate about nurturing children, creating a safe and caring environment, and supporting their early development. Ms. Prameela holds a master’s degree in biotechnology and enjoys arts and crafts and loves incorporating creative activities into the classroom to inspire learning and engagement.

• Ms Ragini

  With a Master’s degree in Wireless & Mobile Communications and 10 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in India, Ms. Ragini brings a high-energy, STEM-oriented foundation to The Goddard School of Monroe. She is passionate about translating complex logic into vibrant, play-based learning that ignites early curiosity and critical thinking. Outside the classroom, Ms. Ragini is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and cherishes spending quality time with her family.

• Ms Renju

  Ms. Renju is one of the Lead Teachers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and brings valuable experience in early childhood education. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Renju volunteered for one year in a kindergarten setting, where she led engaging art projects for young learners. Ms. Renju has been a dedicated member of The Goddard School team since August 2025. Ms. Renju lives locally with her family and enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

• Ms Salma

  Ms. Salma holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts and has also worked as an Assistant Technician in the Cardiology Department within the healthcare industry. Before joining The Goddard School, she volunteered with her children at the Bellevue Overlake Cooperative Preschool. Ms. Salma enjoys spending time with children by reading stories and listening to their creative ideas. She believes that children thrive in environments that support independence and offer ample opportunities for free play and exploration. Being with children brings her great joy, especially as a mother of two, and she is grateful for the opportunity to support families on their parenting journey.

• Ms Vani

  Ms. Vani is one of the dedicated and nurturing Lead Teachers with over two years of experience at The Goddard School. Ms. Vani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and combines her technical background with a passion for early childhood education. She is highly skilled in designing developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, and fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Ms. Vani is known for her excellent communication, as well as her commitment to supporting the growth and development of young learners.

• Ms Vidya

  Ms. Vidya serves as one of the Lead Teachers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and is dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Ms. Vidya is committed to supporting children’s social-emotional development through play-based learning and positive reinforcement. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, watching films, and spending quality time with her two children.

• Ms Ana

  Ms. Ana is a caring and dedicated teacher assistant with a background as a dental assistant. Her experience in the dental field strengthened her patience, attention to detail, and ability to make others feel comfortable and supported. Ms. Ana truly loves working with children and finds joy in helping them learn, grow, and build confidence, she believes in creating a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Ana enjoys going hiking, exploring new places and loves spending time with her friends and family.

• Ms Ariana

  Ms. Ariana is one of the dedicated teachers who is passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed. She is currently pursuing a college degree to become a pediatric medical assistant, furthering her commitment to caring for and working with children. In her free time, Ms. Ariana enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

• Ms Keerthi

  Ms. Keerthi is an assistant teacher with over one year of experience at The Goddard School in Monroe, with a strong foundation in early childhood education and classroom management. She holds a Special Diploma in Electronics & Computer Science and brings over four years of IT customer support experience, strengthening her communication and problem-solving skills. Ms. Keerthi is committed to creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment through patient and responsive teaching.

• Ms Manjula

  Ms. Manjula is one of the Assistant Teachers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and has several years of experience as an early childhood educator in India. She has a true passion for working with young learners and feels honored each day to support children as they grow across all areas of development: academic, social, language, and motor. In her free time, Ms. Manjula enjoys spending time with her family, reading novels, and visiting friends.

• Ms Vijji

  Ms. Vijji holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Although new to the early childhood education field, she is passionate about supporting young learners and creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment. Ms. Vijji is patient, maintains a calm and gentle presence, and is always ready to support her peers. She genuinely enjoys working with children and helping them grow and succeed.

• Ms Yasmine

  Ms. Yasmine is a dedicated teacher with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture and fluency in French. She treats every child with the same care and respect she would want for her own son, creating a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.

• Ms Alexa

  Ms. Alexa's philosopy of education is that all children are unique and they must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally as well as socially. During her free time, Ms. Alexa likes to listen to music and spend quality time with her family and close friends.

• Ms Ana

  Ms. Ana is a dedicated and caring member of our team who brings warmth, experience, and a positive spirit to our school community. She values nurturing relationships and enjoys supporting children as they learn and grow. Ms. Ana loves being part of our team and takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both children and staff.

• Ms Esmeralda

  Ms. Esmeralda is a dedicated Program Support who enjoys supporting and engaging with every classroom. She values the unique energy each class brings and loves building connections with both students and staff. Ms. Esmeralda is currently pursuing a Medical Assistant certificate in college, with the long-term goal of becoming a pediatric nurse. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and traveling, embracing new places and cultures.

• Ms Frida

  Ms. Frida is a caring and patient member of the daycare team who enjoys supporting children as they learn and play. With a background in Fashion Design from Mexico, she brings creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills to crafts and other activities. Ms. Frida believes every child is unique and enjoys helping them explore, express themselves, and grow with confidence. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and spending time with friends.

• Milagros

  Ms. Mily helps out in all age groups, where she enjoys supporting both teachers and students. She lives in Monroe with her family, who are very important to her. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, spending quality time with her family, and staying involved in school activities. Ms. Mily is responsible, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

• Ms Ramadevi

  Ms. Laasya joined Goddard in October 2025 and works as a Program Support where she supports children’s learning and development with patience and care across all age groups. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and brings strong problem-solving skills to her role. Ms. Laasya currently lives in Sultan, Washington, enjoys nature and music, and is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment for children.

• Ms Samantha

  Ms. Samantha is always willing to listen to others and thoughtfully consider their perspectives. She is currently enrolled in college, pursuing a major in Arts and Science. Ms. Samantha works well with her peers and consistently demonstrates a positive, respectful attitude. In her free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, and camping.

• Ms Sarahi

  Ms.Sarahi has her high school diploma, and is currently in college to become a medical assistant. Ms.Sarahi loves working with kids from a young age, she is kind, caring, responsible and loving. She enjoys hanging out with family and meeting new places.

  Ms. Swapnika has one year of experience teaching in an early childhood program, working with toddlers through transitional kindergarten. She also volunteers with teaching language-focused classes and supporting students in building confidence in bilingual communication. She holds a bachelor’s degree. Ms. Swapnika believes in nurturing children by respecting their interests and potential, creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
